We sure rocked House of Independents in Asbury Park on October 19th! We're talking tasty treats and a whole lot of dancing feet! On the main stage jammin' out the tunes - The Fit, a Philly-based band!
Our “Party with a Purpose” celebrated a decade of successfully providing support to people with disabilities in New Jersey. The Values Into Action team and their guests enjoyed a special night to reflect on the past ten years, and look forward to a bright future.
"Proceeds of the event benefit New Jersey's Supportive Housing Initiative, which enables us to help empower all people, regardless of income and disability, by protecting their right to live in communities of their choice - NOT in institutions," says Values Into Action Founder & Executive Director Marian Frattarola-Saulino. "It was wonderful to see and hear from the people we serve that we have made a significant difference in their lives."
